To build and enhance brand-customer relationships you can customize ambassadors' profiles in order to get more information about your community. This entails the addition of custom fields that ambassadors can fill out, enabling them to show their unique qualities. By strategically implementing custom fields, you can delve deeper into ambassadors' values and preferences.
Beside, you can ask ambassadors to fill out their contact information, set default language for ambassadors area or turn on additional verification to sign up.
To access this feature, go to Program -> Ambassador info.
Step 1: Contact information
- Contact information fields, such as Postal code, Country, City, Address, and Phone number are displayed by default in ambassador's profile.
- Information will be collected and shown in CSV file you can download in CRM.
- Turn off toggle button if you don't want to show the field in ambassador's profile and gather this type of information. NB! All answers which your ambassadors filled out before will be still available for you to see.
- Moreover, you can reward ambassadors for filling out contact information. Set number of points ambassador will get for filling each field. Put 0 points if you do not want to reward your ambassadors but still want to collect information.
Ambassadors will see enabled contact information fields in separate block in their Profile with information about points they can receive (if points were set).
Step 2: Custom fields
- By default there are no custom fields created. You can specify which information you want to receive from your ambassadors by creating custom fields which will be displayed in their profile.
- Information will be collected and shown in CSV file you can download in CRM.
- Moreover, you can reward ambassadors for filling out custom fields. Set number of points ambassador will get for filling each field. Put 0 points if you do not want to reward your ambassadors but still want to collect information.
How to add custom field?
- Go to the Program -> Ambassador info
- Click on "Add field" button
- Specify the Section title for all of your custom fields, e.g. "Tell us more"
- Enter the name of the field and select field type: short answer or dropdown
- if short answer is chosen then ambassadors need to fill the field as regular open question field, e.g. "First name"
- if dropdown is chosen - ambassador must select an answer from the list of options you need to create as well. This type of field can help you to categorise information received and increase possibility that more ambassadors fill the information.
- Create options If dropdown type was selected.
- Click on "Save changes" to save all fields and changes were made in "Ambassador info" tab. Only after saving, custom fields will become available for your ambassadors to fill out.
